Let's Chill ! 18 May 2008

AOB's Jane Smith, Jules Morgan and John Moseley took to the stage for an all day 'acoustic chill' session at Goodbarn's Yard, Peterborough recently, performing alongside some top acts from around the area including Midwezt, Intwined and Irene Rae. Thanks to organiser Nigel Lavender for a relaxing, entertaining day which did just what it said on the tin!

BMF Bike Show 19 April 2008

AOB - Again Only Better! 24 January 2008

AOB are back! Janie and Jules were joined for their first gig of the year by a new line up of talented musicians. Featuring Mike Fowler on bass, John Moseley on percussion and Fozzy Dixon on drums, AOB delivered a laid-back jazzy set to the assembled crowd at the Comet in Dogsthorpe. AOB took a slight change in direction recently to play an acoustic jazz set at The Comet in Dogsthorpe, featuring Janie on vocals, sax and trumpet; Jules on vocals and rhythm guitar; Pete on lead guitar and Tony on percussion. Click here for more pics.

Battle of the Bands 8 July 2007 AOB competed in the Hereward FM/Brewery Tap Battle of the Bands competition coming a close second to heat winners 'Acer'. Hike for Hope 29 June 2007 AOB performed live at The Cresset on 29 June to help Peterborough lady Alison Chisnall raise money to take part in the ‘Hike for Hope’ across Kenya, in aid of prostate and gynaecological cancer. The evening raised a fantastic £1,200. Allison – from all of us at AOB – the very best of luck for your trip. Springwatch 10 June 2007 AOB were delighted to play at the BBC Springwatch Festival in Peterborough's Central Park on Sunday 10 June. A fantastic crowd, a fantastic afternoon, but no Bill Oddies in sight (not even a look alike!) AOB Expands 19 April 2007 AOB are delighted to welcome their new lead guitarist, Justin, and bass player/vocalist Dave B who joined the band for their first full live gig at The Comet in Dogsthorpe on 19 April. Lisboa 18 May 2006 Miffy and Mogs played their first original set as AOB on 18 May with guest guitarist Pete Bowman (there he is - in the background look!)
